Asbury Maruza Chikwanha - Founder & Managing Director, Ivhu Logistics Real Estate (Kenya). Building Africa’s Green Industrial Backbone Connecting Trade, Capital & Purpose Across AfCFTA and COMESA I am the Founder, Managing Director, and Project Sponsor of Ivhu Logistics Real Estate, a green industrial real estate platform building Africa’s supply chain backbone across select COMESA markets. Over the past 23 months, I have bootstrapped and personally funded Ivhu, advancing a pipeline of eight industrial developments, with three signed EOIs and one executed MoU. Ivhu now stands at a strategic inflection point, transitioning from a founder-led model to an institutional-grade platform ready to onboard a strategic capital partner to fund and scale execution. A former Development Director and founding executive at Africa Logistics Properties (IFC & BII-funded), I have delivered over USD 100M in industrial assets, representing 74% of Nairobi’s Grade-A warehousing stock for lease over a 7-year period.
