My role includes: • Vision & Strategy: Defining the long-term mission of positioning diaspora capital as a structured driver of sustainable development. • Partnership Development: Engaging institutional investors, DFIs, development agencies, financial service providers, and ecosystem partners across Europe and Africa. • Capital Mobilisation: Identifying bankable projects and connecting them with appropriate financing instruments and advisory support. • Ecosystem Architecture: Designing and overseeing the digital infrastructure (platform, financial integrations, remittance systems, care services, etc.). • Cross-Border Bridge Builder: Acting as a connector between diaspora communities, project developers, governments, and financiers.
