Wireless access networks (4G, 5G, microwave, satellite) — enabling last-mile connectivity in rural and urban environments. Network integration and managed services — turnkey implementation, system optimization, and long-term maintenance. Flagship project: SOCATEL modernization and national fiber backbone, Central African Republic. 2. Digital Infrastructure & Smart Solutions Building the digital foundation for emerging economies: National Digital Identity systems — secure citizen ID and e-government platforms. Cybersecurity & national data governance frameworks — design and implementation of national-level cybersecurity architecture and SOCs.
